Abstract: To fill the domestic blank in the area of high-viscosity food-graded white oil, PetroChina Karamay Petrochemical Co Ltd used heavy distillate as raw material and adopted the four-stage high-pressure hydrogenation process for production of No. 4 high-viscosity foodgraded white oil. The product meets the requirements of GB1886. 215- 2016 thanks to its small evaporating loss, appropriate carbon structure and viscosity and good photostability and thermal stability, reaching the quality level of its foreign counterparts. This paper introduces the production process and compares the Chinese and foreign standards and the performances of the products of the same kind. It also analyzes the application cases in polystyrene production.

摘要: 为填补国内高黏度食品级白油空缺, 以重质馏分油为原料, 采用四段高压加氢工艺研发生产了4 号高黏 度食品级白油, 产品蒸发损失小、碳型结构和黏度适宜、光和热稳定性优异, 可满足GB1886. 215—2016 标准要求, 达 到国外同类产品的质量水平。对其生产工艺进行了介绍, 与国外标准和同类产品进行了性能比较, 并对在聚苯乙烯生 产中的应用进行了实例分析。
